James (Jim) is a Sr. Sales & Applications Engineer with over 48 years of experience with Perlick since 1976. His career includes 29 years as an independent sales representative for Perlick in the Southeast US. In 2005 Perlick moved Jim to Milwaukee to assist their efforts in support of its growing sales force across the country and to help expand export sales. Jim enjoys sailing, kayaking, skeet/trap shooting, and exploring the many new restaurants around town.

Senior Sales & Applications Engineer
Jim has been with Perlick for 11 years creating bars, quoting custom products, and solving customer problems. He likes to find creative solutions to some of most demanding applications by using his 12 years of manufacturing and fabrication knowledge along with the 20 plus years of engineering and sales experience.
Kyle Massie
Associate Sales & Applications Engineer
Kyle came to Perlick with experience in Direct Sales, Retail Sales, Plumbing, and Computer Programming. He also spent the better part of two decades personally exploring beer’s many varieties and flavors. He has varied interests ranging from motorcycles, beer, and music to woodworking, physics, and psychology. Kyle is eager to help because he is eager to learn. He approaches each new project as an opportunity for professional and personal growth. Kyle is grateful for the skills & knowledge he has gained over the last eight years that he has spent at Perlick, and looks forward to designing many more bars with Perlick partners and customers!
Alex Pacheco
Associate Sales & Applications Engineer
Alex joined Perlick in 2018, providing Quality Support while learning Perlick’s wide variety of catalog offerings. In 2021, thanks to his passion for drafting bar layouts, Alex took a new position as a sales engineer and joined Perlick’s CollaBARation Team. Alex’s expertise in design and ergonomics mean his bars offer a positive and ergonomic work environment for the bartender, which results in increased profits. Alex is always eager to lend a hand in making your dream bar a reality.
