Miller Park announced this week that the renovations to their concessions area is now complete and ready to go for opening day, April 3.

Miller Park's new food and beverage program includes 24 draft beers, all brewed in Wisconsin, and flowing from Perlick taps. Beer selections include Citrus Happy, Lo-Gii and Outboard from Milwaukee Brewing Co., Happy Place and Upward Spiral from Third Space Brewing, 5th Element from One Barrel Brewing Company, and more. There is also an extensive line of MillerCoors beverages, and did we mention you can grab a Brandy Old Fashioned on tap?

Their renovation didn't just include beverages, though. You can pair your draft beverages with carne asada from J. Agave's Tacos, a brisket sandwich from Smoke Shack Barbecue, bratwurst from Klement's All Natural Sausages, as well as burgers and pizza.

The same can be said for just about any high volume operation. Take a look at some great examples and best practices of large volume beer service by looking at the Perlick Guide to Large Venue Bar and Beverage Systems.
